Three landscapes in five days, with only two long drives. You start in the Hanoi Old Quarter, spend a night among the limestone and rice fields of Ninh Binh, then sleep on the water in Lan Ha — the quieter half of Halong.

Morning drive south. Two hours through the flooded caves of Trang An, rowed — as they have been for generations — with the feet. Late afternoon, the five hundred steps up Mua Cave for the valley at its best light.

Transfer to the coast and board a small junk in Lan Ha, where the day boats do not go. Kayaking between the karsts, a swim off the back deck, dinner as the light drops behind the islands.

About us
A Hanoi office that answers its own phone
Nextour was founded in Hanoi in 2022 and now works from three offices — Trung Van Street and Nguyen Thi Dinh Street in the capital, and Dien Bien Phu Street in Ho Chi Minh City. We began with visa and immigration work, which taught us the unglamorous half of travel: paperwork, border rules, and what happens when a flight moves at midnight.
Inbound journeys came next, and they are run the same way — by our own team, with our own guides, and with a phone number that a real person picks up.

How we try to travel well
Local guides on every departure, paid above the going day rate. Family-run guesthouses wherever they can match the standard. No single-use plastic bottles on board — refills on every vehicle and boat. And group sizes kept small enough that a village visit stays a visit rather than an event.
